Delete your Koona Pin account

Last updated 21 October 2026

Koona Pin keeps your library on your computers and phones. Your account holds only your Supporter plan and lets your devices sync; you sign in to it with a code sent to your email. You can delete it in the app or on this page, whenever you like.

In the app

On a computer (Windows, macOS or Linux):

  1. Open the Supporter dialog from the bottom of the sidebar.
  2. Choose Delete account… under your plan. Signed in without a plan, it is on the line with your account in the same dialog.
  3. Choose when, then enter the code we send to your email.

On an Android phone:

  1. Open You & sync, then the Supporter card.
  2. Tap Delete account… under your plan, or, without a plan, under your account in the same sheet.
  3. Choose when, then enter the code we send to your email.

On this page

Enter the email of your account. We send a 6-digit code to it: the code proves the email is yours. Nothing is deleted until you confirm.

Now or at the end of the paid period

You choose. Now deletes the account at once, and the paid time left is lost. At the end of the paid period keeps Supporter working until its last day, and then the account is deleted by itself; until then you can keep it with Keep my account, here or in the app. Buying Supporter again keeps your account. Without paid time left, the account is deleted at once.

Either way, payments stop at once: we cancel your Paddle subscription and your Google Play subscription ourselves, including a Google Play purchase made with your email but never signed in to, so there is nothing to cancel in the Play Store, and nothing more is charged. Supporter for five years is paid once and is never charged again anyway. If you keep the account after all, payments stay stopped: Supporter ends at the end of its period unless you buy it again.

What is deleted

The account and its email address; your plan and its history on our server: your Paddle customer, your Google Play purchase tokens, products and order IDs, and the state and periods of your purchases; your devices' places in sync on our relay: their IDs, names and public keys, which one is the main one, and the number of the current key. Your library was never on our server, so there is nothing of it to delete there.

One thing stays for a while: Paddle's IDs of your subscriptions and payments, with nothing else of the account, for 90 days and only so that late messages from Paddle about them are ignored. Then they are deleted too.

What is kept

Your library stays on each of your devices: bookmarks, collections, notes and backups are files there, and deleting the account doesn't touch them. Sync stops, and Koona Pin goes on working without an account.

Paddle and Google keep their own records of your payments for as long as tax and consumer law requires; they are theirs, not ours. Feedback you sent us is kept for up to 12 months and then deleted, as the privacy policy says; write to us to have it deleted sooner. Short technical logs of requests that Supabase and Cloudflare keep expire on their own.

Payments and refunds

Deleting the account stops payments; it doesn't refund them, and paid time you don't use is not refunded. Refunds follow the refund policy for a payment through Paddle and Google Play's rules for a purchase through Google Play. If you want a refund, ask for it before you delete the account.
