koona.app is the home of the Koona apps. This page covers the website itself; each app has its own policy.

What this website collects

Nothing about you on purpose. It sets no cookies, shows no ads, has no forms and runs no scripts of its own.

Delivery and statistics

koona.app is delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits to the site without cookies; the server keeps short access logs of the pages it served, without your IP address.

The apps

Koona Pin keeps your bookmarks on your computer. What the app and its browser extension handle is described in the Koona Pin privacy policy.

Payments and accounts

Subscriptions to Koona apps are sold by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record: Paddle takes the payment and keeps your payment details, and we never see your card. If you subscribe, our server (Supabase, European Union, Frankfurt) keeps the email of your purchase, your Paddle customer and subscription IDs and the state of your subscription, so that the app knows your plan and you can sign in on another computer with a code that Cloudflare Email sends to that address. Your files never go there. Without a subscription none of this exists. To close the account and have this data deleted, write to support@koona.app; Paddle keeps its records of the payment for as long as the law requires. See also the terms of service.
